• Email address (newsletter): To send you the Ghostlight Letter — original essays and first-access announcements by Des Wallace. We do not send promotional emails from third parties.
• Contact form data: To respond to your inquiry. This information is not used for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request it.

• Netlify — website hosting and form processing. Netlify's privacy policy applies to data processed through their infrastructure. See netlify.com/privacy.
• Amazon.com — book purchase links on this site direct to Amazon product pages. Amazon's privacy policy governs any purchase or browsing you do on their platform. We may participate in the Amazon Associates affiliate program; purchases made through links on this site may result in a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact form submissions processed through Netlify are retained per Netlify's data retention policy. We do not maintain a separate internal database of contact form responses beyond what arrives in our email inbox.
